Introduction
Gnostic students don't read very much these days.
Really we should have read all of Master Samael's books. Or as many as we can.
Reading Master Samael's books is very important because it gives you the understanding of the doctrine, upon which much or I would say nearly all of your esoteric works rests upon.
It also imparts to you an esoteric culture, which is lacking in many students, and the main reason why this is, is because they have not read much of Master Samael's books.
Reading Master Samael gives you new knowledge, and makes you smarter and quicker when it comes to esoteric matters.
Reading to some degree influences our way of thinking and reading Master Samael's books opens our mind, and actually to some degree, it instils in us an esoteric and psychological way of thinking. At the very least, it gives us the seed to develop the psychological and esoteric ways of thinking.
Even the Masters Read
Even the masters read a lot. Even those very close to the end of the work read substantially. Because they are looking for more light or for any particle of light hidden in Master Samael's words that will help them.
There is reading Maser Samael's books, and then there is reading between the lines and this basically what the Master's do.
Master Samael wrote for everyone, beginners, intermediate level and for masters and initiates.
The later books of Master Samael are generally more profound and transcendental.
