Yes sometimes we have difficulty saying no to the ego.

By duality, if we say no to something we are saying yes to something else. Always this is true when there is duality.

When it comes to the ego that we are having trouble saying no to, think that what you are really doing is saying yes to peace, yes to freedom, yes to simplicity, yes to health, yes to more energy, yes to more light, etc.

Be Concrete – It Helps

We really have to be concrete. The more concrete we are the more it helps us. So when you are saying yes, you have to know exactly what you are saying yes to. Every ego has a different set of things that we are saying yes to. Some egos of course overlap but others have differences.

When the ego appears, say to yourself I am going to say yes to this and that and naturally that will imply doing something very different to what the ego wants.

Wisdom from the Movie “Kingdom of Heaven” - (2168)

Introduction There are some movies that leave you with some pieces of advice that at point or another in your life or in the lives of others prove useful. This movie: “Kingdom of Heaven” was terrible to watch (too many battle scenes and people dying) but offered some very useful messages.
