Lust and Pride
The more lustful a person becomes, the more the person goes
into matter and the more the person loses their directives, direction, consciousness
and will, which are all things of the spirit of the inner Being.
A person then comes to find him or herself more and more in
matter, more in the matters of the body, that is more identified with image,
looks, vanity, money and sensation.
There is the pride to not go towards the Being and that
pride may use lust to not marry or not practice the Alchemy, or not practice
Alchemy well or seriously.
Pride matches well with lust, because in lust there is also
rebellion. The rebellion of pride uses lust’s rebelliousness against the spiritual
so that pride gets what it wants, which is to have the Being in us separate and
far from us, that is far from the possibility reconciliation so that it can
carry on with its ow creation, life, and world as the demiurge within us being the
P.P.P.
End (2139).
