Engineer your Day - Design Practices in your Day - (3612)

This may be helpful. To assign certain tasks that you have to do during your day to become a practice of alertness or awareness. 

Remember a practice is something that you are doing to get good at something right! So don't think you are going to be perfect at it until after a while.

The consciousness often manifests as remembering.


When it gets active it makes us to remember. So when we remember the work it is because our consciousness has sparked up and sent us a jolt.

In one simple event like getting a hair cut, being consciousness while sitting on the barber's chair so much can be discovered to work on.
