A Leader is One Who Has Held a Value Against Many Odds - (3915)

So many things make a leader. Values is one of them. A person naturally becomes a leader when he or she has held up high, a certain value against great odds. The value of dong this is a kind of moral force that commands respect and invisibly maintains a group marching together.

One of the avenues the force to lead comes from, is having upheld a value, having defeated many obstacles inside of oneself that tempted one to lower that value to the common.

Leadership in any area is not for the one weak in values as there is no force to lead people to the higher value.

End (3915).
