"I" of Self-Love and False Self-Images - (5171)

We can quicken the dissolution of the "I" of self-love.

The "I" of self-love is Gnostic jargon for the conditioned self-love that makes us suffer. It is very different to the conscious love our essence has for itself.

We create many self-images that we see as cute, friendly, adorable, sorry, hard done-by etc.

We act from those self-images, seeing ourselves as friendly, cute, loving etc. and often others don't us that way and say or do something that clashes or disrespects that.

We then react with self-love, angily and intensely. The more affection we see that self-image with the stronger will our reaction be.

The key here is to dissolve those silly self-made self-images. When we don't function or act by virtue of them we will see straight away that our self-love will not manifest.

For example, we have created the self-image of being friendly, kind, respectful and one day a friend says "I don't a useless friendly and falsely kind person, I need a strong and active person". Our self-love may react, but if we just didn't act from this self-image of being friendly and kind, the "I" of self-love would not appear. Instead, if we act from what we naturally are, without any self-image except the true one, that we are an essence, self-love starts to dissolve.

End (5171).
