When we do something for a result we are in the 'doing' or either in the 'having'.
There is the Gnosis of 'doing', 'having' and 'being'.
The best one is the Gnosis of 'being'.
When we do a practice for the love of the practice, we are focussed on being, which the practice gives opportunity for. We are not focussed on having an experience nor on the benefits of doing or not-doing.
