Trust is built on facts. Trust is based on will and also on changing circumstances etc.

Trust our Work

To trust our work is really something necessary, but it costs some effort. We have to really work honestly and then test our work. That is, work on ourselves and then enter the situation that really bothered us and then observe how we feel. As soon as we know that our work has made a change, trust is born in us. Sometimes though in certain areas we can not know if our work is having an effect, though when we see ourselves working honestly to the best of our capacity we can trust, because honestly, consistency and giving our best always pay handsomely.

Conclusion

Every step that we take in reality increases our trust. Fear is when we don't believe in ourselves and our capacity to work on ourselves.

The secret of fear is that it is based on illusions that the mind can something happen that in reality it can’t.

The way to defeat fear is action.
