This is something that my marvellous missionary said the other day: "The ego shortens our physical life!".

These words have been echoing within me since then and have actually bothered me a little. Mostly because they make sense and that I need to apply them and partly because I didn't want to believe it.

The more one reflects upon it, the more one sees that it contains a certain truth.

The ego does ruin our body and our health and so when we become identified with any ego we actually harm our body and take energy away from our body. A body without energy is a really a sick body.

Conclusion

In conclusion the ego is a real harmful thing for our body and it does do something detrimental to our life span or at least our quality of life especially when we are older.

After the fall Master Samael said, human beings moved from being under the Law of Fulnanstaniano to the Law of Itoklanos, where the latter means a shorter life span and the transmigration of the essence through the wheel of Samasara. Master Samael also said that after the fall, the ego damaged the vital body and consumed many values from the vital body directly its health and longevity.

The Divine Mother is there when we Comprehend - (5780)

A very wonderful instructor gave a talk on Koradi Radio a few days ago and he said something that really impacted. He said that when we comprehend something, our Divine Mother is present right in that moment of comprehension. Especially if it is do with an "I" we are working on. He went on to say that he knows that She is there when we comprehend something. This for me was marvellous, because I have felt the same, though I was never fully sure. This is great news when we want to build a connection to our Divine Mother and doubt when is present. We can know that She is present when we are trying to comprehend. I feel that She really wants us to comprehend the "I" and further more She helps us to comprehend. We can truly ask for Her help to comprehend something and the help will come in such a natural way that we will tend to overlook it. She is better than Google... End (5780).
