Compressed Heart Chakra - (5808)

When we suppress emotions we end up affecting our heart. Before we affect our heart we affect our heart chakra.

There are all manner of ailments due to suppressing emotions. High cholestrol, high blood pressure are one of them.

The way our heart chakra is affected by suppressing emotions is that it gets compressed. The result of compression is that our heart contracts.

A contracted heart is one that is harder - that is on the way to becomming stone-like. A contracted heart is also a painful heart. A painful heart is a very reactive and volatile heart.

It takes a contracted heart a long time to return back to normal after a small incident. Whereas before our heart contracted, we would return to normal very quickly.

A human's beings natural capacity to expand in openess and positivity reduces greatly when our heart chakra is conrtracted.

A contracted heart chakra affects the head. Where our head narrows and a certain forgetful numbness sets in where possibilities become limited in a fuzzy unaware-like pessimism.

We end up suppressing emotions in the beginning because of some grief or hurt. When that hurt is not wanted to be looked at we suppress it. We suppress due to judgement and fear, as well as social norms.

When that suppression accumulates is when our heart contracts and that is when we become very reactive and volatile. This is because the heart is being held under pressure and any difficulty or insult releases the grip and hence comes an explosion.

When we are aggressive towards others there is usually a lack of foregiveness somewhere. Often towards ourselves for having done this or that and made this and that mistake...

To attend to the emotions being suppressed in freedom, in inner non-judgement with patience is the start. To know them openly and pateintly is where it starts.

The next step is to forgive. Then the way out appears.

The next step after that is to heal, recover and repair.

A major part of repairing is to learn, comprehend and dissolve the cause within of the mistakes made. If or whatever they may have been.

End (5808).
