Too late we can make a judgement, for example: "that man is grumpy.". Certainly he for a few seconds or so was grumpy. What he said and the way he said it can be qualitifed as grumpy.
The mistake often is that we then attribute 'grumpy' to the whole person. Which is not true. He may have a wife and children, so he is a husband and a father, not a 'grumpy man', in reality he is many things, and for sure he wouldn't be grumpy every moment of his life
When judgements are made, we can't unmake them, but what we can do is to bring our consciousness to put things into persepctive and to look within, using the judgement as a mirror to better know ourselves.
