I have to stress that these words are my notes only. The
thoughts and understanding behind them do not come from me but from the
terrific missionaries that lead the various activities during the retreat.
Awakening
There is causation, thinking, feeling, action and word. Then
is the trigger then there is the cause of why the ego acted. It is quite
profound. Though as profound as it is, we must find it. Usually the cause is
something karmic. Then there is a secret or deep meaning of the event and there
is also the secret or deep meaning of an ego!
First Steps
The first part of the work is on the corrupted part of the consciousness.
The first step is to define ourselves as souls. We must
think and feel as an essence. We have to really know ourselves as an essence.
We in order to be defined to awaken and die psychologically we
must recognise our errors very quickly. We must not retreat but see them in
real time and work the ego in real time.
The ego is a set of distorted values of the Bung caused by
the wrong perception of the essence.
Conclusion
We define ourselves for mystical death when we understand
that the values, powers etc. are trapped in the essence.
