Disclaimer – Not Mine Only Notes
I have to stress that these words are my notes only. The
thoughts and understanding behind them do not come from me but from the
terrific missionaries that lead the various activities during the retreat.
Fear is Blind
Fear does not see our dharma and our facts. When we know our
facts and our dharma we can trust.
Only the spiritual work can give us the real faith. Because it
gives us knowledge and merits that are favourable before the Law.
Final Comments
Because fear is not seeing the opposite of fear is seeing!
So that means that to counteract fear we can try seeing, which could imply many
things, from imaging the solution, to seeing the end consequences, to studying what
has happened in the past from a statistical point of view knowing and more about the event that we are scared
of.
