I have to stress that these words are my notes only. The thoughts
and understanding behind them do not come from me but from the terrific
missionaries that lead the various activities during the retreat.
Logic of the Ego
The ego presents to us a logic. This logic contains the
reasons and justifications of the ego. It is essentially what convinces the
free essence to identify with the ego and carry out in the physical what it
desires.
Origin
This logic of the ego comes from the misperception of the
truth of the area of life to which this ego belongs to or is concerned with.
For example, the origin of the logic of lust comes from a general and several
other misperceptions of sexuality. So the same with all the other egos that the
human being has.
