Retreat Post 42 – Great Work and Great Cause - (634)

Disclaimer – Not Mine Only Notes

I have to stress that these words are my notes only. The thoughts and understanding behind them do not come from me but from the terrific missionaries that lead the various activities during the retreat.

The Difference Between the Great Work and the Great Cause

There is a difference between the great work and the great Cause of the Father.

The Great Work is the personal work of realization of the Father within the person. This work starts at the beginning of the second mountain and culminates with the end of the years of Job at the end of the second mountain.

The Great Cause of the Father is when a person helps to support the efforts of Gnostic schools and missionaries to help the essences of the planet and the cosmos to achieve self-realisation.

Conclusion

One can be both a champion of the Great Work and the Great Cause. One can also be a champion of the Great Cause and not do the Great Work, though usually if one does the Great Work one has worked intensely in the Great Cause and by obtaining one’s realisation one has also worked in the Great Cause.

End (634).
