This I think is the most important and worthwhile thing for
us to fulfil daily.
To do this we need a level of relaxation. We need to relax into
ourselves, into our psychology and into our inner dimensions of consciousness.
To relax into your psychology means to consciously descend
with awareness into the depths of our psychology, touching our sub
consciousness or even entering it. Having descended past the superficial layers
of our psychology, while being aware of everything that is there.
This contact with ourselves, with our psychology renews us,
gives us light, profundity, guidance, clarity, and a kind of emotional,
psychological relaxation.
When we are in activity or tense we can not enter our deeper
levels because relaxation is needed.
The same applies within our consciousness. Focus on the consciousness,
being aware of being aware and become aware of the presence that is sustaining
or allowing consciousness to be aware. That is your Being.
