Self-Love, Self-Importance, Jealousy is to be Internally Poor for a Moment - (1241)

In those Tough Moments

If we observe ourselves carefully in the moments when we are sunken in the states of offence, hurt, resentment, revenge and jealousy we are terribly poor internally.

The full scale of the diversity and richness of our interior is shutoff from us in these moments. We are only stuck in our injury, offence and pain. How poor and miserable we feel!

Contemplate Our Life as a Whole

If we contemplate the whole of our life with all its past wonderful events and moments and open up to the possibility of future wonderful moments, and look at our life as not only offences, something slightly shifts in us.

Contemplate Our Inner Divinity

If we then turn our contemplation inwards to focus on the inner Divinity (Real Being) and the many riches that we have in our interior something then shifts a little more, and then a door slightly opens and if we want, we can open that door, and take a step past the pain of those egos when they are hurt, and walk to a different place in us where there is the vision of our whole life, not as an offence, but rather as a gift.

End (1241).
