Why is the Intermediate Mind so Strong? - (2040)

Answer: Because of Will

The intermediate mind is the mind of belief and concepts.

As we can not be sure that our concepts and beliefs are true we pour our will into them as an effort to make them true.

Years of pouring our will into the beliefs and concepts of our intermediate mind make these beliefs and concepts so very strong.

The ego also uses the intermediate mind. This is very easy to know because any ego has its beliefs and its concepts. What makes our ego so very strong is the amount of trapped will it has within it.

We must become more conscious of the way in which we invest or use our will. Consciously investing our will is the start of the development of conscious will.

Conscious will is the will that can chose where and into what it will be applied.

Conclusion

The realer mind is the inner mind because it receives from the truth – our consciousness.

When we do not have access to the inner mind we then only have access to the sensual and intermediate mind and so our own will power is used as a substitute for the consciousness to try and make these concepts and beliefs true. We think and feel that if believe in them strongly enough they will come true.

Every movie nearly talks about that. Most of the time, it can come true when it is about achieving something. This is because will is used to do something and keep us constant in our tasks.

Music Goes to the Emotional Centre then the Motor Centre - (2039)

Normally

When we hear music the two centres most impressed are the emotional and motor centres.

It is very common for people when they hear their favourite music to start swaying or moving somehow to it.

This we could say is the normal healthy appreciation of music.

Abnormally

In the more abnormal cases music when heard goes to the emotional centre then to the motor part of the intellectual centre where the person begins to dream about doing heroic deeds.

Consciously

The conscious appreciation of music would not be to dream but to listen attentively and to look to see how the superior emotional centre can be activated and nourished.

Didactic of Self-Confidence - (2038)

Introduction

Confidence is the fore knowledge that one shall pass through a challenging situation well. Either because has passed through the same many times before or one truly has the capacity to pass through such a difficult upcoming situation.

We must not forget what we have already passed through! Being consciousness of what we have passed through gives us a certain confidence that we may not have yet evoked in ourselves.

For there to be true and solid confidence there must be knowing or understanding or consciousness.

The Secret – Self-Mastery

Self-mastery! If one has mastered their desires, their fears, their hurt, then by default they have confidence because such a person can deal with anything that comes their way in life.

It is certainly not about conquering outside or controlling everything outside of ourselves but it is conquering ourselves from the inside. This conquest gives one self-confidence and trust.

One can be confident in any situation when one truly knows that one has control over their fear, their feelings of injustice, their hurt or psychological wounds, and their carnal desires. Because what else can harm you, tempt you, provoke if you have these things under control?

Confidence and Consciousness

Confidence is the clear knowledge of how the shield of the consciousness works. If one knows how to activate their consciousness and it transformative powers then they too can be confident.

The Buddha advised one to wear sandals rather than to always walk on grass. The sandals that the Buddha refers to is the capacity to transform and to endure the difficulties of life and the path.

Didactic of Self-Respect - (2037)

Introduction

Here are some points to do with self-respect.

To Think Negatively About Others is to Lack Self-Respect

That makes sense that to think and feel negatively towards others is to disrespect ourselves. This is so for many reasons.

Of the many reasons, some are: we introduce negativity into our system which only harms us, another reason is that we tarnish our values, we lower our level of Being, we strengthen the ego within and we set in motion a cause for negativity to come to our life.

If we respect ourselves we certainly would not want any of the above things to happen to us.

Respect for Others Begins with Self-Respect

If we have learnt to respect ourselves we certainly know how to respect others. We have the values and what it takes to respect others as soon as we have a dose of self-respect.

We can only give to others what we have. We can not give what we do not have. By having self-respect we have the quality of respect alive in us and we can extend it to others.

Law of Reciprocity

By the Law of Reciprocity, if we respect ourselves then the world, the universe will reciprocate with the same kind. In esotericism like attracts like, which is contrary to the laws of Physics here in the three-dimensional world.

Looked for Wisdom as a Kid - (2036)

Where is it to be Found?

All of my life I have been compulsively looking for that special something which is like a certain true, complete understanding of things. We in Gnosis may call that wisdom. Many people have searched for that. Are searching and will search for it.

I started off searching for it at school, I always gravitated to those who were older than me, because I felt that they may possess what it was that I was looking for. I searched among the good guys at school, and the bad guys. I felt that both had something to offer…

Among the Good Guys – But it was not here

I mingled amongst the well behaved, the ones who followed the rules and the ones who were religious and feared God. I found something but not everything that I was looking for…

Among the Bad Guys – Not there Either

I spent time among the bad guys and I found some interesting things as well but still in the end I could see that they were not in control something else from within them controlled them. Some absurdity that set them on a path of trouble and that totally lost my respect and appreciation and the wisdom that I was searching for was not to be found there.

Found it in those that that were Bad but Became Good

I met one person whom showed me what I was looking for. He showed me the formula, but I only realised that yesterday! He was once a bad guy but since had become good.

Much later one I was to find what I was looking for - that wisdom, that I mentioned above - among those who were once bad but had become good and had now moved to become balanced. In Gnosis is where such people are!!!

Those that were once in the very thick of the ego and have worked to get themselves out possess that wisdom that complete knowledge that encompasses both sides plus an extra side which is the side of balance.

Conclusion

This side of balance is the tip of a triangle and it has been arrived at through contrast. This side of balance is the spark of consciousness that is produced by bringing both sides together. That spark is understanding which is consciousness and which is also wisdom!!!

That is the formula!!!

This search may be going on inside of many people instinctively, unconsciously. This may explain why so many people are attracted to evil, because they may feel that the light, the wisdom can be found there more than it can be from the good. But they are wrong too. The light that they are looking for is to be found with the contrast!

The essence in us searches for light for a whole lifetime or even more! We need to tell it to make it consciousness of that search that the light it wishes to find is in its consciousness and the way that you get to consciousness is via contrast.

Which is the Toughest Judge of the Law? - (2035)

The Most Asleep Part of Yourself

Well it is ultimately yourself! It is really the most sleeping part of your consciousness that is the toughest judge, because it is that part that thrusts you into error without any remorse.

The toughest penalty comes from yourself. The more consciously disregarding you make a mistake the tougher will be the decided punishment!

Carry out actions based on upright thought, feeling through the right effort, and all the judges will favour you!

See count them - there are 42 Judges!

There are the Flexible and the Inflexible

There are two types of judge we are taught. Those that beyond to the flexible side and those that belong to the inflexible. Those of the inflexible side, maybe the more rigorous in applying the law.

Specialisation

Each Judge we are taught in Gnosis, has its area of specialisation.

There are judges that judge only:
  • men or
  • angels or
  • Gods.
The judges that judge men are those that initially concern us the most. These judges we know in Gnosis to be Judge number 7, 8 and 9 of the 42 Judges of Cosmic Justice.

We may find a certain judge of the above mentioned three to be administering karma in the area of races, nations, governments, epidemics, refugees and numerous other social issues. While perhaps another one of the above three mentioned judges administers the karma related to the processes of peace perhaps among, nations, families and individuals.

Remember there is national karma, family karma, individual karma and Katancy (karma related to the spiritual matters) and I think it is logical to draw the conclusion that there would be judges that have jurisdiction in one or more of these areas.

Well that’s enough for this post! Probably have said too much.

Don’t Get Use to Making Mistakes! - (2034)

Small or Big – Don’t Get Accustomed to It

Whatever it maybe big, small, unnoticeable, justifiable, unjustifiable etc. always on the side on the side that has to do with correction or justice!

Mistakes can become a habit and then an ego or additions to egos. They may even come from egos. The worst is
when we stop realising that they are mistakes and take them as being something normal, natural etc.
Never go there!
This may seem tough and unnecessary and inconvenient but it is the best thing for us and it will always pay the most handsome dividends for the future!

Remember side on the side of correction and justice with yourself and leave people to do what they will with themselves!

People who Hit your Self-Love Teach you to Find Love for Your Being - (2033)

That is the Most Important Thing

Is to establish love for eh Being. It is more important than the relationship we are in. We suffer like crazy with our self-love because we place the or make the relationship more important than anything and that includes making it more important than our own Being.

But really the most important thing is to love your Being and then the relationship makes sense and then you can love the other. Because you can never give what you don’t have for yourself. Once you love your Being you can give it to another. So really, it is the most important thing.

Love and trust in our Being sets so many things up right for ourselves in life and the path.

People who hit your self-love take you to your beloved which is your Being. Those people that hit
you maybe your apparent beloved, but your forever, all-time and real true beloved is your
Real Being dwelling within you!

The Uncomfortable Gymnasium Finishes Once there is Love for the Being

Once love for the Being dwelling within is stronger than some of the various egos of pride, selfishness, fear etc. The very painful, debasing, loosing, emptying feeling kind of gymnasium begins to finish when one establishes a firm foundation of love for the inner Being within themselves.

The pain of self-love takes us to do something to get out of it and the remedy is to love our inner Being and to go as often as the pain is there to our inner Being finding in It the love that we miss or think that we need but are not getting it, and getting rejection instead.

Conclusion

Such people do you a massive favour! They seem like enemies but they are the best teachers out!
The love for the Being is something independent and exists in us, not in others, but in ourselves and is generated by ourselves no matter what happens outside of ourselves, much less what happens in inside off ourselves. That quality of any value of the Being is always outside of relativity and duality, that is outside of time, place, circumstances, emotion etc.

A Few Christic Characteristics - (2032)

Some Characteristics

There are I am sure many many characteristics to something that is infinite or almost infinite.

What I want to do in this post is touch on some of those more well known characteristics.

Holy Denying

The Second primary force is also the Christic force known as the Cosmic Christ. The second logic force is the Holy Denying. The first is the Holy affirming and the third is the holy concilliating.

This sounds a little strange at first, when we associate denying with the negative polarity. However reflecting upon that we understand it more.

What these three primary forces have in common is that they are all forces of life. They combine and create life. These three forces are different manifestations of life, or they express different qualities of life.

The Christic Force a Transformer

The Christic force we should not forget is the biggest transformer ever. It transforms through death and resurrection. The other forces transform through different means. But because the Christic force is the Holy denying it transforms through death. The First and Third Logos also transform us but through different means.

A seed that sprouts and turns into a seedling and later a fruit bearing tree is a Christic transformation. The rays of the sun cause the seed to die, only for it to be resurrected and for life to enter into it again but to take on a different life, the life of a tree.

The same thing happens in us with our transmutation and our psychological death. The sleeping condition of our essence dies for that essence to be freed and to take on a new life which is the life of a the Being.

Master Sameal said that you ever wishes to incarnate or work closely with the second Logos has to learn how to take with pleasure the negative manifestations of our fellowmen. In other words this means to learn how to transform negativity.

Saviour

The Christic force is all about transformation through death and resurrection. It is also a saviour! It is the force that has been tasked with the mission of saving us, redeeming us, and that is largely due to its transforming characteristic.

Conclusion

The Christic force is certainly our saviour. Because we are so bad sometimes that we if it was not for the transforming quality of the Christic force we would be lost forever or never able to be considered to go back to the light.

Ritual or Ceremony - (2031)

Idea of Ritual

The idea of a ritual, is that it is a formula by which the same forces can be consistently evoked.

An activity becomes a ritual the very second the first activity was repeated. It is not a recurrence, it is something more, it transcends the ego. It is something esoteric. The design of a ritual is to contact superior forces as to open a channel for an interchange, for a certain communication to occur between us and superior forces.

It is something that is done consciously for a reason. In either direction, but what concerns us, is in the direction of the white, of the superior, of the Being, of the spiritual.

Essentially and potentially speaking the very same forces that were present the first time the ritual was performed can be made to be present the second, third, fourth and any later time.

In the best case a ritual unlocks the same forces to reproduce the same result in the future.

There are many rituals in life, our daily routine is a ritual, a family dinner is a ritual, and they are carried out to reproduce the same results as yesterday or before. The rituals of life are in place to strengthen, to unite, to instigate progress and to ensure continuity, and consistency. Spiritual rituals do the same plus they add the special interchange with superior forces whereby we can communicate our needs and gratitude to these superior forces as well as receive their help.

Ceremonies are a group effort that are present for a group so that each member by doing their best inside the ceremony can attract the forces of above to descend over those taking part so to assist and guide each group member. It is a very tangible way in which each member can help the other spiritually speaking. It is a marvellous interchange and conjunction of forces.

Christic Rituals

In such rituals the Solar or Christic forces are invoked and an interchange between human beings and those forces occur.

The Christic forces energise, heal and balance. They do indeed fill one with great amounts of psychic and spiritual energy that then make many other spiritual practices possible.

If we Don’t Transmute and Transform our Psychology we Neuter the Forces of the Christ in Us

In any Christic ceremony of any religion or school or group, Christic forces are received and that is wonderful but what is more important is to give those forces life within oneself. That is to provide fertile grounds within us for those forces to work by transforming us.

When those forces are received and a person loses their sexual energy and does not weaken the ego the loss of the sexual energy and the manifestation of the ego (anger, pride, lust etc.) just neuter or dissipate the received energy.

The Christic force is there to give life, just as the sun causes a seed to die and to yield up new life in the form of a seedling, the Christic forces do the same in us, it being the Holy Denying denies the ego and causes new values to arise in our consciousness. The Christic force dies and resurrects, that is a characteristic of it. It dies so to give new life.

Tradition Provides Context but Revelation Provides Real Faith - (2030)

Real Faith is of the Consciousness

Tradition provides context but the real power is in revelation.

Revelation is the apprehension of the real by the consciousness.

The consciousness is the one which knows the real.

The real is lived experience and it is the consciousness that knows this and it is conscious faith that is developed or fabricated by experience of the real, which is revelation.

Tradition

Tradition gives us a context to better understand our revelations and experiences and to orient our efforts. The tradition ratifies our revelation.

Real faith is what we need in our Being and in the Cosmic forces of the Cosmic Mother and the Cosmic Christ. Real faith must be fabricated and the practices of transmutation and Alchemy - which is to work directly with the real forces of life, as well as the work with the consciousness plus the sacrifice for humanity and ceremony, all give us opportunities to fabricate real faith.

A Hope for a Little Old Lady! - (2029)

Once at a Gnostic Retreat…

Once I saw at a Gnostic retreat a long time ago, something like 18 years ago, a little old lady walking into a chapel that was part of the retreat centre. This little old lady was a participant of the Gnostic retreat. It was a beautiful sight seeing her genuflect and bless herself, humbling herself in reverence before God a greater power than her, that she recognised with her genuflection.

As time passed I always wondered why she did that especially at a Gnostic retreat. I thought that maybe she hadn’t given up her original faith or that she didn’t’ have enough faith in Gnosis to replace the faith that she had in the religion she was brought up with, but never mind I thought, I contented myself to remain with the hope that one day she would find the living force that animates the universe, the cosmos, the galaxies, solar systems, planets and every element of life from the very small to the very large, from a microbe to an elephant. I am no one to judge and we never know really another person, maybe she had found it already! I wouldn't be surprised.

I hoped that she would through Gnosis find the experience of the real living force of her own essence, her own Being, her own Intimate Christ, her own Divine Mother in such a way that her heart was completely content and rested in that. Which is also what I and many others are fighting for. May she know it if she doesn't already!

There are many means to connect to these living sources of the Divine. One is through the work with the sexual force in the practice of transmutation, another is through the consciousness in the work of awakening and psychological death and another is through helping humanity and another is through ceremony…

Because you Have the Thought, it does not Mean that you have to Believe it or Do it! - (2028)

Bird Thoughts

We have all kinds of thoughts at times, and they are just that, thoughts. We do not have to believe them. If we just watch them fly across the screen of our mind then they will certainly not cause any problems. When we believe them we make them into something more than a thought. They are thoughts so why not screen them with our consciousness and leave what is a thought to be a thought and what is useful to us (our work, path and Being) to become an idea and that idea to become an intention and that intention to become a plan or an action.

A Friend

The best attitude to have is to meet all thoughts as if they were a friend. They always bring us something. Some come to us to bring us light, some inspiration, others ideas, others goodness, others work and some transformation.

Look at them and see what they bring. A dark thought holds light in potential. When we inquire into the thought we extract its light and therefore we receive its gift for us.

What Is Above Anubis? - (2027)

High Priest

Master Samael taught that Anubis is the High Priest of the Tribunals of Cosmic Justice.

He is the power that presides over the 42 judges of the Divine Law, who are the 42 hierarchies or authorities that administer the Divine Law.

The question: what is above him may arise in our mind…

The answer, we have been taught: is nothing!

Nothing is beyond the Absolute and the Divine Law is the collection of the Laws of the Absolute.

About Hope as a Quality of Essence and Being - (2026)

Real Hope

Real hope is about being something, rather than achieving or having something. Real hope resides in the hope of becoming.

This makes hope a value of the Being. Because values of the Being lead to 'being'. Hope leads us to being there of the 1 Being'.

Hope is about Becoming

When we have hope we never surrender. That is why hope in the hands of an ego is very dangerous, in the sense that it will persist and persist.

Treasure Your Hope

Treasure your hope for the Being because human beings these days are losing their hope like never before!!! It is part of the end times that we are living in!

The “I’s” of Anger and the “I’s” of Violence Their Difference Explained - (2025)

Introduction

These are notes that I took down last night from a class by my marvellous missionary (m3).

Anger

Anger is an effect ego. It defends the structure of the ego. It's function is to defend the interests of the ego or the ‘myself’ and the various other egos that we have.

Hatred and Ill-Will in Anger

With anger is associated hatred. Anger most certainly contains a component of ill-will.

Anger takes away the knowledge or vision of what we are about to do or are actually doing.

Genuine Force in Anger and the Story of Anger

The genuine force of our Being is inside anger, so when the essence can not get what it wishes to reach, it needs a dose of force to reach what it wishes for. The essence then calls out for force and what answers its call is anger, which is a certain encapsulation of force which is unfortunately conditioned to engage our energy destructively against something, someone or ourselves.

Violence

Violence is different to anger

Violence is force used for a reason, towards a specific objective which is usually to correct an injustice.

Anger defends all the egos but violence is very specific and has a defined objective which is to balance some injustice.

There is much mental violence in us, despite whether we have a tendency towards physical violence or not.

Violence is violent anger. It is not irritation, annoyance or agitation but something further on than that.

Violence is the use of force to obtain something. There is an "I'' of violence itself, which uses the force of the Being but it is called by every ego.

Conclusion

Anger is the detect that takes the force of the Being in its hands to defend the structure of the ego, which is certainly different to violence, which are actually “I’s” in themselves.

Can’t Help Someone Who Does not Want to Be Helped - (2024)

If You Try You Are Going to Suffer!

A golden rule here is that as soon as you see someone that does not want to be helped, take it easy and help a little less or simply give them the tools to help themselves so that when they feel like they want to help themselves they can!

Otherwise you end up suffering and going down a step or two with them and that is never fun! And in the end for nothing! You get all messed up and they wash their hands and leave.

I Know Love Love Love…

Ok yeah! What about love! One is free to take that risk, but make it a calculated risk, make sure the one that you are going to help shows some sign of promise. Because no Master, no God, no Buddha, No Christ can realise another person.

Not the redeemer role!

We are not a redeemer and playing the redeemer, though we think we can pull it off, it in all the cases that I have seen turns out to be a burden to heavy to cope with in the end.

Usually the redeemer tries to redeem someone of the opposite sex and deceives him or herself beautifully, thinking that it is love moving them to try and help the other person but it is really lust and when lust fails they are left without force and trip up falling over the one they tried to redeem or they wake up and drop the all of a sudden overwhelming heavy weight.

And besides if you stuff yourself up in the process that is not love, because you stuff up your Being and to do that is to not love your Being or to love God is it? And if we lack love for God darkness sooner or later creeps its way into our life! And there is no fun in that either only bitterness!

End (2024).

What Would Happen to the Churches if We All Woke Up? - (2023)

Answer: Collapse!!!

Obviously, they would fade in relevance and necessity, as everyone with their awakening would find God dwelling within their very own Being inside of themselves and not in the Church.

The churches would become redundant and all the administrations of all the Churches would lose their power and influence.

What humanity would then need is to know and be more and more of the Being dwelling within themselves and not more of the teachings, advice, activities, council etc. of the churches.

Obviously, those human administrative powers behind the Churches would not like it so much if all of humanity woke up, because the results would not be so good for them if they wanted to continue as they are currently operating. Things would have to change!

When the Ego is Infinite - (2022)

Scythe in with the Law of Sacrifice

As soon as one sees the ego as something with the real potential to develop infinitely, one then understands that one must apply the Law of Sacrifice.

Because there is no other way that this ego will stop. It is us that must stop it!
To progress the Law of Sacrifice is necessary.

Before the infinite potential of development of any ego we have no other choice but to begin to cut with our scythe!

Sensation, Emotion and Pleasure are Infinite

What happens is when one separates sexuality from the Being in oneself, one then falls into the world of pure sensation and into the world of emotion derived from sensation.

This proves to be an infinite ground of constant impatient rushing towards pleasure that are unfulfilling, unsatisfying and take on an infinite number of variations, twists, turns, drops and ultimately debilitations.

If the Ego Can Develop Infinitely Then the Value is Infinite Within the Being

By duality if the ego has the potential to unfold itself in a degeneratingly infinite way, the value inside the ego once freed develops infinitely within our Real Being.

Conclusion

The Law of Sacrifice is needed as much as may wish to avoid it. When we are ready sacrifice the Law of Sacrifice makes sense and is a welcome friend that saves.

The big egos divorcing the quality of the Being inherent in them, divorce themselves from the Being in us, and open up an infinite potential for their own development, which is equal to frightful degeneration, as Master Samael would say.

Only the laws of nature stop these egos. The finiteness of the body, the shortness of time and the Divine Law limit them. Involution is the natural breakpoint for the ego.

Upon understanding this, we can draw motivation and reason to apply the Law of Sacrifice within us related to these big egos.

End (2022).

The Value of Jinas Practices - (2021)

Hidden Value or Lesson in Astral Unfolding Practices

The hidden value or lesson in the practices of the astral unfolding is to show dearly to our consciousness that we are a soul, an essence and we are certainly not our body.

Once we understand that, we don't need the astral so much or so urgently. We can also learn from the astral unfolding practices that we are not our egos because we in the astral can see them as separate to ourselves and so we are certainly not those "I's". Such practices teach us psychological separation through an esoteric means.

Hidden Value or Lesson in Jinas Practices

The value of Jinas practices is to install faith, an unshakeable strong faith in the consciousness, that the spirit and the consciousness have power over matter! When our consciousness then knows this, a tremendous surge in our conscious faith occurs.

The sincere Jinas practices lead us to develop some power over our sceptical mind to develop trust in how the spirit, the will, the consciousness and imagination have the power to control matter, in this case matter is our very own body.

End (2021).

Enrich your Life with Imagination - (2020)

Imagination is a Quality of Being

Why you may ask, because it allows as to transfer ourselves are to different places and to really' bel there. It also makes us' l to be' in certain states. With imagination we can' be' calm or agitated or excited or scared or nervous or angry or happy.

The Brain does not Distinguish

The Brain does not distinguish between what our eyes see and what we imagine. If we see a lion we get will scared, if west imagine a lion we get scared equally as well when it comes to our brain (if the imagination is sincere).

Imagination through the brain controls our physiology. Imagination controls the brain and the brain controls the body.

Conclusion

Imagination and will together control our brain.

Master Samael says the body is a mental form. This mental form has been set up by and is maintained by imagination and will having been programmed into the brain. The brain then continues to hold together and maintain this construct or form.

With imagination and will in the hands of the consciousness and the Being miracles can be done!

End (2020).

Can we Love Something we don't Understand? - (2019)

Answer: No!

From experience, it seems that we come to love what we begin to understand or understand a little about.

Why? Because without understanding we are not conscious and we can’t love something consciously if we are not conscious of it.

As Soon as there is Understanding

As soon as we understand something we naturally begin to like it. This applies to a person, to a Being, to an object, to an animal, to a book, to a cause, to anything and everything.

Conclusion

The first step to love something, someone etc. is to begin to understand it.

If we understand the Being, the Masters a little we have a wedge open for us to begin to love.

This even applies to ourselves. As soon as we understand ourselves more we can change the way we feel about ourselves.

As soon as we understand ourselves more we can also understand others more and in a better way, and that is peace!

End (2019).
