To Stop an Ego is Really for Ourselves - (3747)

Primarily stopping an ego in all our centres is for ourselves. 

If we stop it in the motor centre it only makes sense then to go and stop it everywhere else.

Others benefit too of course. 

But more than anything, stopping an ego is a gift to ourselves and to the Being we have within us. To both.

Of course we want to give our Being many gifts just like It has already given us. 

The harder it is to stop it, the more valuable/expensive a gift we give. Also the more practical and the more useful for the future.
