Attention - (1428)

We have to learn how to consciously place our attention onto something.

We have to learn how to graduate our attention.

Give everything the adequate amount of attention.

To give too much attention is wrong and to give too less is also wrong!

Our consciousness works with our attention.

Wherever our attention is, our consciousness will be.

Watching over our attention we keep ourselves conscious.

Wisely placing our attention keeps us from identifying with the many “I’s”.

In order to live our day consciously we will come to the conclusion that we have to divide our attention. Half on our interior and half on what we are doing.

End (1428).
