There is an abyss in the tree of Life called Daath. It is essentially
a large gap between two the Sephiroths of Chesed and Binah.
Malcuth can assault Kether by taking control of Jesod, Hod,
Netzah and Tiphereth. If this occurs Chesed and Geburah are left without power
or direct support from the higher parts.
This is because of the presence of Daath. The gap called
Daath does not allow direct connection from the First Logoic triangle to Atman
or Chesed. This leaves Chesed slightly vulnerable.
