Careful
Use the sexual energy carefully not in a way that upheaves
everything taking ages to settle down.
The sexual energy is a lot like water and fire. It can be agitated
and then once agitated it takes time for it to settle down and regain the
glassy surface calm condition again.
In that agitated state is where we can run into some
difficulty. The egos can also take advantage of this situation! But in the calm
condition there are really no problems or difficulties. It is a lot like the mind
in that regard, no mind no problems. Calm sexual energy or sexual waters no
problems.
Use it and Leave it Turned Off
The key is to use concentration, imagination and will more than
any other means to transmute the sexual energy. It is good practice to agitate
calmly and to the sufficient level and then the settling time is much quicker.
To have dreams of rough waters is an indication that we are
agitating our sexual waters too much and we need to have them in a calm and
more in control state.
