We all gravitate and frequent places, people, activities and times of the day where we for some reason or anther truly relax.
We actually come to value highly those times, places and people where we truly relax.
We also understandably come to be quite attached to those times, places and people where we truly relax.
We are not attached to the place, person or activity but the feeling of relaxation that we get.
True relaxation means where we can be our true selves, be as we ae, relaxed into how and what we are. Where the tension of having to present as something is far far away.
In normal life that is what we see so many people all looking for and finding it in so many ways.
With the inner work deep relaxation is found most commonly in seeking refuge in the silence of our heart temple.
