If we wait to be perfect and polished at something - we will never start it.
We will only get to be polished after having started the process.
There's something in us that only wants to deliver a very polished presentation. That is a super good intention, but in practice it is just another concrete block that stops us.
Pride feels that with a polished presentation people will think 'well' of us. What is more closer to the truth is that with a presentation that we think is polished, we will think 'well' of us.
As with so many things we have overcome our pride and go for it, with the key being to accepting that we can only get to be polished after having practiced, and we have to start somewhere at sometime as the first step towards being polished.
End (6098).
