Consciously working on Transvaluation is difficult.
Transvaluation usually happens by itself as we work on ourselves and understand in a deeper way the teachings.
Transvaluation means to transfer our centre of gravity from life to the work.
Before transvaluation, life, its pursuits and concerns were valued as top priority, after transvaluation the work on ourselves and the development of our inner life and Being are valued as top priority.
Even though transvaluation is difficult there are methods of consciously working on transvaluation which are not as difficult and produce very good results.
There comes a time when we know we need a deeper level of transvaluation to go forward, and so we find ourselves having to consciously face working on transvaluation. This is when methods of transvaluation become very relevant and important.
Choosing the right method actually can make all the difference.
We truly want a method that we can pick up and work with at our level, that produces long lasting results with it and is enjoyable to work with.
The method is as follows:
1.) Look for something in our life that is high priority for us and we do it no matter what. Even if we are tired, upset or don't feel like we still end up doing it. We may even be happy to wake up early to d it and work at it nearly all night.
2.) If we don't have such a thing then go and create something. It could be anything that lines up wit our values or in other words what we give high value to.
3.) Do the activity and slowly bring into it a few minutes of esoteric practice.
4.) Bring more of that esoteric practice into the activity.
5.) When we feel we have almost crystallized having the space and time carved out for that activity then bring more that esoteric practice into that time.
6.) Use that time exclusively for that esoteric practice and take enjoyment and refuge int hat esoteric practice.
7.) Repeat this procedure for and in other areas of our life to eventually be giving more to your Inner Being and path through practices, than to mind, ego and personality in life.
