Constant Anxiety Harms the Nervous System – (1517)

Meditation

Meditation in general and if you can ever meditate by water such as a river or the ocean or a large natural lake, does wonders to strengthen and consolidate the nervous system.

Relax and Strengthen

The more relaxation we can do the more our nervous system is strengthened and made to settle down. This in turn helps to relax and strengthen the stomach and the digestive system, as well as many other systems within the body that have a strong link to the nervous system.

Touch the Bottom of Reality…

To touch the very bottom of reality, to sink right down to Earth, and to place one’s entire relaxed attention on the primordial elements of our life – our breath, the moment and our heart beat while feeling the vitality and life rhythms of the near bye body of water is such a helpful thing to do. Then once relaxed one can go to focus on that invisible stream of life and energy that is making our lungs to breathe and our heart to beat. What is it? Who are you? Is the reason why you are making my lungs to breathe and my heart to beat being fulfilled? Thank you for giving me life!

End (1517).
