You think you die! When the instinctive centre is released it
can do amazing things!
We don’t really know what our instinctive centre can allow
us to do, until the moment comes. We don’t know for example, how fast it can
make us move.

Bear that in mind that if there is a difficult or emergency situation,
if your instinctive centre kicks in you may well do better than
you think. As long as you don’t think.
The instinctive centre will make us more courageous than we what
think that we are right now or we think possible for us!
