When we are having trouble comprehending something one way to go about it is to do what Forest Gump did.
When Jenny left him without telling him why and without him knowing, after being very intimate with him he went running for like 3 years, and only stopped when he finally comprehended why, or rather realised why he was running and that he didn't have to run anymore.
So the Forest Gump Smash It Out goes like this, use the motor centre to act out repeatedly the opposite of the ego with determination until comprehension arrives. Just give yourself to the opposite, smashing out opposite actions to the ego until comprehension arrives.
