When we have been working in our psychological death or transformation (something must die for something to be born) memories of our past surface so that we can comprehend that defect or "I" we are working on in a more integral way.

When we see how an ego was created or at least strengthened we understand immediately why it is the way it is.

We can also understand how it has evolved into what it is now. We know the karma involved and we know how we can pay that karma.

In fact when we see the past of that ego, it is a very good sign, because it means we are getting close to paying off the karma involved in that ego.

The psychological work is really something powerful. It is an encounter with our past through our present and it changes our future.

Introduction There are some movies that leave you with some pieces of advice that at point or another in your life or in the lives of others prove useful. This movie: “Kingdom of Heaven” was terrible to watch (too many battle scenes and people dying) but offered some very useful messages.
