Anger, Pride and Lust are the three strongest egos in a people.

These four points if we drive them deep into our subconscious and consciousness will certainly help us to weaken anger towards in the road to dissolving it.

These points are:

👍Anger does not solve the problem or situation! It actually makes it worse! Anger is not going to improve the issue. The issue actually stays as it is until we take a different approach.

👌Anger does not change the past or what has been done. It stands to ruin the present and the future.

🙏Letting go of anger does not hurt the angry person. Letting go of anger is where the strength is.

💛The consequences of anger outside and inside of ourselves are not pleasant or easy to repair. They can take weeks. To trade a few minutes of useless anger for weeks of hard work is totally absurd!
