Yesterday a Banana Day then Fight for a Better Today - (3485)

Banana Days

Most days can be banana days in our psychological work. We make an effort to move towards a certain result, but we tend not to get there, we swerve away from our goal just like a how banana bends.

A lot of this is due to the conditions of our day.

For sure the only conclusion we can come to, to overcome the bend in the banana is to use will.

Our Day is Undoubtedly a Gym to Train Our Will

It really seems that our daily circumstances are really a gymnasium to strengthen our will in the fields of the psychological and the esoteric.

For will to be effective we need concentration. Unfortunately to have concentration we need to sacrifice something. And that something is distraction.

Concentration

Concentration works by being able to fix steadily our attention on the task at hand or our efforts towards our goals. The longer we concentrate the more our will drives us forward.

The above is the ideal but if we lack concentration we have to use our memory to remind ourselves as frequently as our yearning allows.

Hit the work towards our goal as often as we can. The trick is that if that goal is in our heart we won;t get tired nor bored of reminding ourselves to take action.

Conclusion

So unfortunately no other way but to wisely use will to straighten our side-tracked banana day.

End (3485).
