My parents have NetFlix, they watched the Crown, then forgot all about it. To check out something on there for a bit now and then does not turn out to be too bad. Though checking out something every night turns out to be icky.
All the impressions from the weird shows makes our brain to create a kind of immersion in environments, times, countries, characters, activities and worlds, that all have a particular flavour, and very importantly - are not at all our reality!
This sort of immersion hangs around our brain for a while and it is not so good to go to sleep or wake up in the morning with that atmosphere in our brain. It can be the cause of some unpleasant thoughts. So I reckon think about giving the weird NetFlix shows the flick. But you probably don't watch it anyway.
