At work they asked the team to do the personality test at: www.16personalities.com for a bit of fun.
After several questions and like 10 minutes or so you get your results (Defender ISFJ-A). Actually not bad at all really. Quite revealing. For sure it reveals things about our human personality but for sure also things about our psyche.
It gives us some insights into how our psyche uses our centres, how some of the egos we have significantly influence our visible nature and it can shed some light onto some of the roles and positions that we have taken up in life.

I think that it can give us some insightful threads to pull on to delve deeper into our psychology and if so willing work to make some big and noticeable changes.
