Atom Nous Post 1 - (2815)

Introduction

Here in Perth at the moment we are studying and doing practices with the atom Nous.

What I would like to achieve through a series of posts is:

1.) Present the teaching on the Atom Nous.
2.) Present the benefits of contacting the Atom Nous.
3.) Explain didiactically the method to contact and work with the Atom Nous.
4.) Present the practice to contact and Atom Nous.

Basically, the above three points fall into the: what, why and how.
