The masters are not proud and they do not disdain others.
They do not have the arrogance or pride that rejects others becasue others are too stupid, problematic, awful etc. etc.
So then there is no real reason to think that we are too low, too stupid, too asleep etc. to write to them or pray to them or ask them for help etc.
Even the magic letter where you write to the masters of the invisible and then bless and burn the letter is a great way to ask for help!
