A lot of our issues come from, for some reason not accepting where we are really at, and trying to work at and expect results from a level that we are just not at.
When we don't accept where we are at we end up beating ourselves up and halting our progress.
When we can accept truly where we are at with something and then go back to the steps at that level we make real progress.
Sometimes most of the work we have to do is actually coming to terms with where we are at. Once we do, we progress quickly. Why? Because we actually do some proper work that counts.
Many times even though we have been working on ourselves for years we have to go back to the beginning steps.
It's false expectations, inflated beliefs in our self-worth and capacities that lead us astray, making us to not see and accept where we are at.
End (5990).
