Say we have an empty room in our house and we are not sure what to do with it or how to improve it. What do we do?
A good way to go about it is to sit in that space and observe it with a clear and calm mind.
While sitting like that we begin to notice all kinds of things about the room that wee didn't see before and ideas to improve, organise and give function to the room appear, all out of nowhere. In actual fact, those ideas appear out of the nowhere which is clear and calm attention. In other words, consciousness.
The same thing applies for our interior spaces. If we can just sit and observe inwardly with a clear and calm mind for long enough, creative ideas leading to comprehension will arise with that interior space that is unoccupied or occupied by an unnecessary element.
End (6005).
