To have the power to decide to relax is huge.

The power to relax is also huge but not as huge as the power to decide tot relax.

We can gain that power to relax learning a few relaxation methods.

Relaxation methods combined with imagination are the best.

We think the power to decide is trivial but think again.

If we had this power truly things would be very different in our lives and in the world.

Imagine if we could have decided to relaxed last time when we were in danger, were getting upset, being annoyed or being shouted at, criticised...

To be relaxed goes hand in hand with being happy, and we know to be happy most of the time is no easy feat.

Relaxation is super important when in those times when we are not staying long in a state of self-observation or self-remembering. If in those times we run the process of: relaxation, breathing and no-thinking we will find that we can maintain such states for longer.

We can cultivate the power to decide to relax by having seen the marvelous effects of relaxing our three brains in the difficult moments of our lives and remembering this by doing it instant to instant.

In reality...as often as we can.
