When we think of the future and our physical death, we sometimes hope that our efforts and sacrifices will count for something.
We hope that the hierarchy of enlightened Beings above us know our hardships and sacrifices, and that they will reward us with something spiritual, when alas we didn't manage to create it in our life.
It seems that this is, as my friend says: "wishful thinking".
What is more level headed and practical is that we have to hope for our appreciation gained through our own hard work.
This changes everything. It is like the enlightened beings above us, hand the baton to us and say make your hopes real that is your Absolute.
End (3456).
