I am thinking now with experience that a better way to work is this:
Focus and go hard!
Once one goal is achieved go to the next one.
I've been juggling many goals in parallel and they take a long time to reach a decent milestone.
Maybe it is better to focus on one and being the only one it be finish sooner leaving you free to tackle the next one.
