Have you ever been in that embarrassing situation where you are with your Gnostic friends at a Lebanese or Greek restaurant and then out comes the belly dancer.
How awkward what do you do?
If you look at the belly dancer, your Gnostic friends may think you are identified, and then if you say to yourself: "I'm not going to worry too much about what they think, they are good friends" and keep watching, then the belly dancer comes over to you and wants you to dance. Then it happens that you can't dance, you don't how to dance Greek or Lebanese style so you go red like a tomato. Then you say: "no more Greek or Lebanese restaurants!". Then starts the subconscious, the next time someone says lets go Lebanese you say no without a good reason or produce some pathetic excuse.
Anyhow, back to the restaurant. All the other patrons in the restaurant are there watching, clapping, singing and dancing. Not just the old men but the children too. All happy as Larry! Something then is wrong in our minds. If they seem to enjoy it without any problems why can't we have a better approach then written in the previous paragraph?
Sure without the worry of lust and pride one can observe with a clear mind and smile to the music and then when it is over it is over in your mind not to be thought more of.
End (3413).
