I have to stress that these words are my notes only. The
thoughts and understanding behind them do not come from me but from the
terrific missionaries that lead the various activities during the retreat.
Trust
Trust is the faith and hope that something will go all ok. In
other words that things will turn out ok. Or that whatever happens we will be
able to handle it.
Process of the Creation of Fear
This is how fear is created. It all stems from a mistake. So
in the end fear is karmic.
Initial Mistake -> Consequences -> Suffering -> Rejection
-> Fear.
Fear – Opposite of Trust
Fear is to trust the karma that we have. We trust that we
will receive the worst that karma can deliver, because we have karma and we trust
that our karma will catch up with us. Because we don't know our karma we think
we will get hit anytime and that produces a constant fear!
Final Comments
Trust and distrust are the same just in different opposite areas.
Distrust comes from the Ancient Earth Moon. At same point in
the past the essence believed that she will not be able to go back to the
Being. Because we have so much karma.
