All these qualities have two sides. Seems like everything walks on two feet...
Real compassion is not an exception here. The two legs of compassion are non-judgement and remedy.
To give ourselves or others non-judgement is great but it does not take one out of error. It opens the way to get up and get out of error, as it allows vision and understanding of what went wrong. But it does not give the practical steps and the strength and hope to get up and walk again.
Remedy alone helps, but later becomes difficult to maintain, if the what went wrong has not been understood due to having justified or condemned ourselves through judgement.
Combining non-judgement and remedy together is compassion which is a powerful active reinstating, recuperating, healing and returning force.
End (6053).
