Essence: Roles of the Three Parts - (1206)

Introduction

In this post my idea is to present as many of the roles of the three parts of the essence that I have come across.

Roles of the Free and Awakened Essence

The part that is most useful and does the work is the part that is free and awakened.

Many Roles

This part of the essence being the consciousness is what observes, knows, comprehends, repents, acts, generates circumstances (internal and external, more internal), expresses the values of the Being, travels up and down and through the inner dimensions of our Sephirotic tree, emanates conscious will, unfolds into the internal worlds (astral), illuminates the subconscious, moves through the 49 levels of the mind, sees and recognises light and darkness, experiments the great reality, leaves the physical body to experience mystical ecstasy, exercises the functions of the Being, guides one in life, guides one on the path, corrects one’s errors, communicates with the elementals of nature, perceives reality, does the will of the Being, transfers all the learnings here in creation to the higher parts of the Being, apprehend the mysteries of life and death, realise bit by bit the various values and parts of the Being, starting with itself, that is becoming conscious of itself, knowing its true identity, knowing what it itself really is, searching for the Being, relating harmoniously with nature, exercising balance in all the spheres etc.

Major Role

The major role of the free and awakened essence is to get the trapped essence to arrive at the point of understanding by itself that it’s way of processing itself (thinking, feeling and acting) is not the right way and the right way is the way of the Being.

Why is it the wrong way? Because it causes pain and if something causes pain, it is for sure not the right way. If something is not the right way, it is because is out of line with the Being and the great reality of things (the way things are) etc.

The free and awaken essence has to come to find the right way, that is the way of the Being and then begin to send message after message to the trapped essence that it is wrong and that it needs to change. The free and awakened essence does this by exercising continuously the right way and not identifying (separating from) with the trapped and asleep essence (ego).

The real deep definitive repentance (definite results in death) of the essence occurs when the essence inside the ego repents. When that happens that is when that trapped essence has comprehended and broken the bottle of its conditioning, and it too has then awoken.

Role of the Free but Unawakened Essence

The essence that we have free but asleep, does not do too much. It shares some of the functions more or less of the consciousness, it does not condemn or judge nor accept, it will feel intrinsically though that something is not right or in order with the things of that ego, it will perceive the nature of it as not being of the essence. Even if it is asleep it still does something, just like the essence in the ego, even though it is asleep it perceives, thinks, feels and acts.

Role of the Trapped and Sleeping Essence

Process its Conditioning

Its first role is to just do what it has been conditioned to do, which is to process its conditioning, that is think, feel and act out its conditioning.

This conditioning may also include some karmic programming as well…

Beyond that – the Bigger (Ontological) Picture

But beyond that we may say that it has the role to be trapped and to know the opposite side of a certain value of the Being and to co-operate with the free and awakened essence in awakening and freeing itself and then transferring the valuable information it acquired during the years it was trapped onto our Being. So that we do not get trapped into again and that the Being has knowledge of both sides of creation, i.e. complete knowledge.

The key for the trapped essence is as soon as it realises it is wrong and repents it is awakened and its conditioning is mostly undone.

End (1206).
