The Remedy!
Unbalanced and Guilty
I think that to give someone an ear bashing without giving a
remedy is not so good.
To me it is unbalanced and tips towards the unfair side of
things, and no wonder why people get resentful with us when we give them an ear
bashing without a remedy.
To give a remedy is balance, it is the complete story, and it
is fairer.
People may give others an ear bashing because they want to impress
upon the receiver, the importance of what they are doing wrong or not doing
etc. This can be good as it gets the person to think, and it is even better if
it is accompanied with a remedy.
Giving a remedy will also stop you from feeling guilty later
in case you do.
