Hypnotised Because We Believe the “I”: Has a Use, Gives Good Results, Brings
Good Feelings
We can crunch the hypnotic grip of an “I” if we have done all of the
following, or part thereof or something similar to the following:
1.
Found and clearly know the reasons why we keep and use that “I”.
2.
Found and clearly know the “good results” that we think
(wrongly) it brings us.
3.
Have observed, experienced and understood why the action of
that “I” does not give good results.
4.
Have understood fundamentally why it can not give good
results.
5.
Have discovered and clearly know that the free essence in us
can arrive at a better result in the same area, and this functioning of our
essence brings results that are fundamentally: legitimate, realer, truer, correct,
balanced…
Result
Trust me, the hypnotic grip of the “I” takes a mortal blow!
Hypnosis is About is Believing, Trusting, Having Faith in, Hoping in etc.!
Hypnosis and Awakening are Opposites.
When we are hypnotised we believe in, trust in and have hope
in the ego. When we begin to awaken we still believe, trust and have hope, which
can be called faith, however a faith of a different quality. Where that new and
different quality is consciousness.
When people gradually awaken they create conscious faith. There is no longer any faith in the ego, because we know it is a lie, an
illusion and fundamentally flawed. There is instead faith in the work, the essence, the consciousness,
the Law, the Being, all because we know consciously that those these things are
true, real and fundamentally correct.
End (1940).
