Bad No-Thinking Start = Effort to Transform - (3663)

No-Thinking

The best thing is to start the day with some disciplined no-thinking. That starts off our staying awake effort for day on good-footing.

A good start usually converts into a good day's effort.

But say we start off on the wrong foot. Like thinking superfluous stuff while driving to work. We can still do something. We don't have to take that lying down. We can convert a bad start into a good delayed start of course.


It is that way that to get something back requires a touch more effort. 

So then, if we were dreaming for 25 minutes then we need to be concentrating as essence for 25 minutes. Then we level the scales and to go for a few more minutes tips the scales to a good start. 

Of course after having being dreaming, to concentrate the essence requires some effort. More effort than if we we had not been dreaming.

Moral of the Story

Try hard to hold onto the good work we do.
