In careful observation when we look at a person we don't know, we will see subtle fantasies forming. Fantasy that tries to see their life etc.
Certain perceptions that we have (subjective of course) appear in our mind and we then form certain ideas or impressions about them and their life. But those ideas or impressions are not fully true are they? How do we know they are true?
We can't know that they are true can we?
It is really interesting to see our mind doing this and it is even more interesting and liberating to be able to observe the whole process and then at the end not go with (discard) the ideas or impressions that get formed by the fantasy.
You may also pick up the hidden motive to why that fantasy forms in the first place. Fanatsy is always usually about 'to be' or 'to have' something.
