Introduction
Sometimes we can feel really low for this or that reason,
perhaps due to the consequences of something that we have done or perhaps due
to some impressions that we have received from others.
GET UP!
Whatever it is, we have to say to ourselves: “GET UP!”. Then
we have to get up and fight again. We feel weak and it seems hardly worth even
trying, the same applies: “GET UP!”.
If we have erred along the way, we feel demoralised, ok feel
demoralised but “GET UP!” all the same. Fight again! Acquire momentum, small
steps look ahead with true optimism because this real: our fight will wash away
the consequences and debts from our errors.
