Self-Remembering is a Remedy to Feeling Awkward - (2408)

The Tonic

We often say and do by means of awkward body language things we don't like in social circumstances. But what's worse is that we feel very awkward inside of our mind and emotion.

Self-remembering is the key to solve all of this. Of course when we feel awkward we are far from ourselves and we are outside of ourselves. When we are outside of ourselves we feign words, attitudes, smiles, laughs, put on many appearances, make gestures that are really not ourselves, or are not normal for us. We feel very superficial.



All of the above things are a logical consequence of not being inside of ourselves close to ur own reality. When we leave our reality and enter into the many things that we have in our mind we take on many falsities.

All of this is remedied with relaxing and self-remembering. Make the conscious effort to relax adn then think of your Being and then remember your Being and then invoke the feeling of It and then generate a wave of yearning and love up towards It.

An interesting note here is that to be in self-remembering while amongst other is not to be indifferent or aloof, not care about others, or not smile or laugh or to be rudely and jarringly honest either.
